Botflop, at botflop.com, is a free game where you build poker bots by describing them and watch them play. By using Botflop you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Don't create accounts to get extra free tokens.
Botflop is not gambling. Nothing on Botflop has cash value: tokens and rank points can't be cashed out, sold, traded, gifted or exchanged for money, goods or prizes, on Botflop or anywhere else.
Bots are strategies built from your description. You keep whatever rights you have in your descriptions; you let us store and run them to provide the game. Your bot's strategy stays private unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
Don't: run several accounts, arrange battles between accounts you control, try to lose on purpose to move rank points, attack or overload the service, or submit hateful or illegal content. We may void battles, remove tokens or reset rank points gained unfairly, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Tokens let you use features that cost us money to run: building a bot with AI (1 token standard, 3 premium) and entering a ranked PvP battle (1 token). You get free tokens: 1 as a guest, 3 when you create an account, and 1 more when you sign in at least 7 days after your last weekly token.
Tokens are a limited licence to use features, not property or currency. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are never won in battles. If an AI build fails, the token is returned automatically.
Buying tokens is not available. If it ever is, these terms will be updated first.
Ranked PvP gives you rank points: a skill rating that starts at 1000 and moves up or down after each ranked battle. They are not a currency. They can't be bought, sold, transferred, or converted into tokens, money or anything else.
We may change prices, grants or balances (for example, to fix errors or abuse) and may remove balances from accounts that are closed or break the rules. You can delete your account any time in Account › Delete account. If Botflop shuts down, tokens and ranks end without compensation.
Botflop is provided as is. It may change, pause or end. We're not liable for lost tokens, rank points, bots or saved games, to the extent the law allows. If we change these terms we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
